After nearly three years, leaving Cornerstone was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. This place didn’t just give me somewhere to live — it gave me a family. From day one, Madison went above and beyond. I was out of town when I first rented and she handled everything remotely, sending me videos of floor plans so I could choose my apartment. When my flight to Dayton got delayed on move-in day, she stayed past her hours — young children waiting at daycare and all — just to make sure she could welcome me and hand me my keys personally. When my shipped car arrived before I did, the staff made sure it was parked in a good location by my apartment building. Who does that? Property manager Genene later helped me transition seamlessly into a larger two-bedroom, never making me feel like just a tenant. And Lauren — my office BFF who I still call to this day — would literally get up from her desk and walk down to the package room with me whenever I couldn’t find a delivery. That’s just who she is — a sweetheart through and through. And it’s not just me — the majority of residents in that community love the entire staff, and it’s easy to see why. Maintenance manager Mr. Pat and his two amigos were phenomenal — prompt, professional, and thorough every single time. During the government furlough, the team and some of the community residents organized a gathering to put a smile on the faces of those of us who were furloughed — gift cards, groceries, and so much more were given to those facing financial challenges. That says it all. The location is unbeatable, the neighbors are wonderful, and the community is beautifully maintained. But the caring and friendly staff are what make Cornerstone truly special. Thank you Madison, Genene, Lauren, Mr. Pat, and the entire Cornerstone family. You’ll always have a place in my heart. ❤️

I have lived here about a month now and I really enjoy it! Big shout out to Lauren in the leasing office!!!! She helped me find the perfect apartment. She was so kind and quick to respond to all of my emails. Even when she was busy, she still took the time to show me around the property and inside different models of units. I would definitely recommend going to her with any questions. The community and culture here is amazing. In all common spaces, including the gym, pool, grills, coffee bar, dog park, and hallways, if there is a piece of trash or spilled coffee, everyone works together to keep our home clean and pick up after themselves. The maintenance crew do a really great job! I noticed a leak a few weeks ago and they fixed it very fast.

Cornerstone is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. The maintenance is great and are so fast with completing a request. The pool is beautiful, the leasing office is always clean, and the grounds are gorgeous. Not to mention, the staff in the leasing office are top notch, they’re so kind and personable (they are literally the reason I rented here). I currently work in Cincinnati and I love living here so much that I would rather do the one hour drive everyday then live somewhere else that’s closer to my job.
